	Darren Yehl President and Training Director	Darren currently serves on the Board of Directors for PACNY and the Finger Lakes Chapter of the Academy of Certified Hazardous Materials Managers. Darren has NYSDOH and EPA Accreditations to teach the Model Accreditation Program asbestos classes. He is also an authorized OSHA Outreach Instructor.
	Kevin Hutton Vice President	Kevin is instrumental with our environmental project management group. Although his Master’s degree from SUNY ESF and Syracuse University is in Construction Management, his project experience includes environmental remediation. He was the president of an environmental services company and has worked as the owners agent on many projects, he understands both sides of the critical issues. Kevin is Cornerstone’s Training Director for EPA Lead programs. He is a certified OSHA Outreach trainer for both Construction and General Industry as well as our principal OSHA HazWOPER trainer. Due to his experience in the asbestos field, Kevin has received accreditations to teach New York State Department of Health asbestos programs. In his spare time Kevin serves on the Spencerport Central School District’s Board of Education. He has also served as President and sat on several professional organizations boards’ including Design Build Institute of America and Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineers.
	Lynn Burlingham Office Manager
	Jim Sorel Certified Industrial Hygienist	Jim is a certified Industrial Hygienist with a Master’s degree in Industrial Hygiene from Texas A&M University. He is certified by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene, OSHA hazardous waste site operations, New York State Department of Health as an Asbestos Safety Instructor and the New York State Department of Labor. He is a member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association, the American Academy of Industrial Hygiene, and the Rochester Council on Occupational Safety and Health. Jim has EPA Accreditations to teach the Model Accreditation Program asbestos classes.
	Dr. David Duford Certified Industrial Hygienist	David G. Duford is currently the Chief Operating Officer at CanAm Environmental Safety, Inc. CanAm has been providing Certified Industrial Hygiene (CIH), Asbestos and Environmental Consulting services throughout New York State since 1991. Dr. Duford attended the State University of New York at Brockport from 1981 to 1984 and graduated with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Health Science. He attended the University of Rochester from 1992 to 1994 and graduated with a Master of Science degree in Industrial Hygiene. In 1997 he received the internationally recognized certification, “Certified Industrial Hygienist” (CIH), granted by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH). He also holds the “Certified Hazard Materials Manager” (CHMM) credential. David received the degree of Doctor of Education from St. John Fisher College in 2008. His doctoral research focused on the spread of pandemic influenza and its impact on K-12 school systems. David has been performing building inspections and environmental related consulting services for over 20 years. During the 1990’s he completed NYS Department of State certification training as a fire and building Code Enforcement Official. During that time he performed more than 500 building code inspections.
	Julio Ferrer Instructor	Julio has extensive experience as a Project Supervisor for Asbestos Projects. He has been the inside and outside crew leader for multiple abatement projects in the Rochester area. He provides exceptional value as a communication bridge for Spanish speaking workers and conducts many of our Spanish speaking programs. Julio is the head “Safety” Training instructor.
	Andres Hernandez Instructor	Andres has many years of experience as a Project Supervisor for Asbestos Projects. He is Cornerstone’s lead trainer for Cornerstone’s Spanish speaking "Asbestos" Classes. Andres has served as an environmental remediation project supervisor for more than ten years throughout New York State. He is approved by the Department of Health for all handler refresher courses.
